Schyler Schmidt

Case Manager

I grew up in Neosho Rapids, KS and continue to live there with my fiancé. We have three miniature Australian shepherds, and one outside cat. I graduated from Hartford High School, and am now pursuing a under graduate degree in Social Work from Fort Hays University. I am passionate about helping children and their families. Being apart of Family Promise gives me that opportunity. I am excited to be apart of this journey, and can’t wait to help families!

Jessica Corpening

Executive Director

I live the small town life with my husband, son, two cats and two dogs and have spent the majority of my life in Lyon County. I received my undergraduate degree from ESU in Crime and Delinquency Studies and plan to attend Washburn University in the fall to pursue a graduate degree in Communication and Leadership. I am passionate about helping people and have spent the last 8 years doing just that. I am very excited for this new adventure and can’t wait to see how this agency improves the lives of families experiencing homelessness.
